WHAT IS THIS STORES REfund/exchange POLICY?

There are no refunds/exchanges accepted, each piece is being handmade & custom sized. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this being handcrafted goods, imperfections are possible, but each piece is quality checked before shipped. Please consider this before placing your order. If in any case your order is completely wrong, feel free to contact me via email or through the contact tab so we can figure out a solution properly.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Hand washing with a mild detergent and air drying is ideal for all items to insure the most gentle care is taken. An alternative is washing in the washing machine with the item(s) in a mesh bag on a delicate cycle and drying with no heat in that same mesh bag.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Every single item is made and shipped off by me. Please allow 1-8 weeks for your order to be made before shipped, depending on item purchased. This wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many people are in the queue ahead of you. This wait might be a little longer than you are used to, but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business. After the shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.
